About David

David Heap has been a Teacher of Mindfulness Stretching™ since 2009. Over the last 16 years he has delivered over 3,400 hours of instruction and taught over 3,000 individuals.

David has founded and developed the Mindfulness Stretching™ and Teacher Training programs. The Practice helps manage chronic pain, mobility issues, stress, anxiety and trauma.
